Cookie Policy
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website can store on your device when you visit it.
2. Cookies on this website
Where Google Analytics is enabled, we show a cookie notice on your first visit to this website, letting you consent to or decline the use of Google Analytics. Only after your explicit consent are the following cookies set:
| Cookie | Purpose | Retention | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Distinguishes website visitors for Google Analytics | 2 years | Google Ireland Limited |
_ga_* | Tracks session state for Google Analytics | 2 years | Google Ireland Limited |
cms_cookie_consent | Stores your cookie choice so the notice isn't shown again on every visit | 180 days | This website (strictly necessary) |
If you decline or make no choice, only the technically necessary cookie above (to remember your choice) is set — no analytics or marketing cookies. If Google Analytics is not enabled, visitors receive no cookies at all and no cookie notice is shown. This website never uses tracking pixels or fingerprinting.
One further exception: the password-protected internal admin area (login) sets a purely technical session cookie, needed for the login function. This cookie only affects practice staff when logging in and is never set for ordinary website visitors.
3. Changing your choice
You can change your cookie choice at any time:
4. Further information
