2. Principle: data minimisation

This website loads fonts via Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com); when you open a page, this creates a connection to Google's servers, through which your IP address may be transmitted to Google. Where Google Analytics is enabled (see section 3), we use it only with your explicit consent.

3. Google Analytics

Where enabled at the time of your visit, this website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Google Analytics only becomes active once you explicitly consent via the cookie notice shown on your first visit (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent). Without your consent, no analytics cookie is set and no connection to Google's servers is made for this purpose.

If you consent, Google Analytics processes data including: a shortened/anonymised IP address, pages visited, time spent on the site, device and browser used, and traffic source (e.g. search engine, direct visit). We have enabled IP anonymisation. Details on the cookies this sets can be found in our Cookie Policy.

Data may also be processed by Google on servers in the United States. Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, intended to ensure an adequate level of data protection. Further information is available in Google's Privacy Policy.

You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect — via "Change cookie settings" at the end of our Cookie Policy, or by deleting the relevant cookies in your browser. Google also offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.

4. Google Search Console

We use Google Search Console to monitor this website's technical search-engine indexing. This involves aggregated data about the site's visibility in Google Search (e.g. search queries, click counts); no cookies are set on your device for this purpose and no personal visitor data is transmitted to us.

5. Embedded videos (optional)

Where a video is embedded on the homepage, it is not loaded automatically. Initially only a preview image with a play button is shown; only once you actively click it does a connection get made to YouTube (Google Ireland Limited) or Vimeo (Vimeo.com, Inc.), and the video is loaded from there — your click itself constitutes the decision required for that connection. For YouTube we exclusively use the privacy-enhanced embed via youtube-nocookie.com. After you click, the respective provider may set cookies and process data (including IP address, device and browser information); the privacy policies of Google/YouTube and Vimeo apply. If no video is set for a given language page, no connection to these providers is made at all.

6. Hosting & server log files

This website is hosted by tarhely.eu. When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically collects technical access data (server log files), such as IP address, date and time of access, page requested, and browser type. This data is used solely to ensure the secure and stable operation of the website (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest) and is not combined with other data sources.

7. Contacting us

If you contact us by phone or email, the details you provide are stored in order to process your enquiry and for any follow-up questions (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). This website does not contain a contact form; personal data is only transmitted to us directly, at your own initiative, by phone or email.

8. External booking systems

For booking appointments we link to the external booking systems of our partner practices (RMC Clinics — rmc.mymedio.hu; Gesundheitszentrum Curamus — domayer.latidoapp.at). These systems are provided under the sole responsibility of their respective operators, and their own privacy policies apply. No data is exchanged between this website and the booking systems — the link merely redirects you to the external site.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability and to object to processing. This includes the right to withdraw any consent given at any time with future effect. Please contact us using the details above.
