Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all treatment and consultation appointments with Dr. med. Attila Markus D.O., DAAO at the practice locations in Budapest (RMC Clinics) and Gols (Gesundheitszentrum Curamus). By booking an appointment, you accept these terms.

2. Nature of the services

The services offered are medical services in Physical and Rehabilitative Medicine, Manual Medicine and Osteopathy. Treatments do not replace emergency medical care; in an emergency, please contact your local emergency services or the nearest emergency department.

3. Booking and cancelling appointments

Appointments can be booked via the booking systems linked on the "Locations" page, or by phone. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to [… hours, e.g. 24 hours] before the scheduled time. For later cancellations or failure to attend without timely notice, a no-show fee of [… amount/percentage] may be charged.

4. Fees and payment terms

5. Liability

The statutory liability provisions of the respective country of activity (Hungary or Austria) apply. Liability for personal injury is not limited. The practice holds professional liability insurance (see Imprint).

7. Changes to these terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated as needed. The version published on this page at the time of booking always applies.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

Austrian law applies to treatments at the Gols location; Hungarian law applies to treatments at the Budapest location — in each case subject to the mandatory minimum EU consumer-protection standards. Mandatory statutory jurisdiction rules in favour of consumers remain unaffected.

9. Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
